Revo HR accounts are created by the company (the employer) for its staff: there is no sign-up in the app. Deletion therefore goes through the company, which is the data controller.

How to request deletion

1. Ask whoever manages the system at your company to delete your account (employee record, app access).
2. Or write to security@revolutionmarketing.it from your account's email address, stating your company name. We check the request comes from you and forward it to the company; if we host its system, we carry it out on the company's instruction within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The account and the ability to sign in.
• Linked devices and access tokens.
• Profile preferences and personal data no longer needed.

What may be kept, and for how long

The company may have to keep data required by law (attendance records, payroll and employment documents) for the legally required period, then deletes it. Backups are overwritten within their rotation period.

Data on the phone

To delete the data on the phone right away, sign out in the app or uninstall it.
